Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items (such as perfumes that have been opened/used) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please contact us immediately with photos.
